Items purchased are shipped from Lynchburg, Virginia typically within 1-2 business days.


Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.


If you purchase a candle and realize that you do not prefer the scent (less than 10% used), we will gladly exchange your candle for another scent provided you pay to ship the candle back. We will cover shipping for the new candle.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
